1. What Mktly does

Mktly lets an AI assistant you choose (ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant that connects to a remote MCP server) read and, with your consent, change data in the Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Search Console accounts you connect. Mktly forwards the assistant's requests to Google's official APIs on behalf of your Google account; it has no reports, scores or recommendations of its own. What to read and which changes to prepare is decided by the assistant; Mktly guarantees four things about changes: they reach only the resources you selected in the dashboard, what is executed is byte for byte the request you approved, a change is executed once and never retried on its own, and success is reported only from Google's own response.

2. Your account and your Google accounts

You sign in with a Google account and connect the Google accounts whose data the assistant may use. You confirm that you are entitled to use those accounts and the data in them, including on behalf of clients where you act as an agency. You choose the services, whether changes are allowed, and the resources; everything outside that list stays invisible to the assistant. You can disconnect a Google account or revoke an assistant at any time in the dashboard.

3. Changes you approve

Every change starts as a dry run that shows the exact request. It is executed only after your explicit agreement in the conversation. Responsibility for the changes you approve — in campaigns, budgets, tags, properties and sites — stays with you: read what the assistant proposes before you agree. Where Google's answer is lost, Mktly reports the outcome as unknown and never repeats the request; verify by reading.

4. Plans, trial and payment

Prices are published on the pricing page; the plan unit is a business, and the Billing page of your dashboard shows the exact amounts for your account. Until billing opens, Mktly is free of charge; we announce the start of billing in the dashboard at least 14 days ahead, and accounts created before it keep the founding price. Once billing is open, a new account starts with a 14-day free trial for one business, without a card. A subscription renews automatically every month or every year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Prices exclude VAT and sales taxes, which are added at checkout for your country.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase; our refund policy applies to refunds. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.

When a payment fails, access continues for 3 days while Paddle retries; when a trial or subscription ends, the assistant's Google calls stop, and your dashboard, businesses, resources and notes stay available for you to subscribe again or to request deletion.

5. Fair use and limits

Google's quotas and terms for each API apply. Mktly applies a daily cap on requests per account that grows with the number of businesses in your plan, and a plan limits the number of businesses and the resources of each service per business, as described on the pricing page. You may not use Mktly to circumvent Google's quotas or policies, to access accounts you are not entitled to, to resell access without our written agreement, or to interfere with the service or other accounts. We may suspend an account that does so, after notice where practicable.

6. Availability and changes to the service

Mktly is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime. We may change the service, including its tools and methods, as Google's APIs change; material changes that reduce what the service does are announced in the dashboard or by e-mail at least 30 days ahead where practicable. We may stop providing the service with 60 days' notice; paid periods beyond that date are refunded.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for damage arising from the use of Mktly is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or the consequences of changes you approved in your Google accounts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and the mandatory rights of consumers.

8. Data

How Mktly handles personal data and the data it stores is described in the privacy policy. Mktly's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Agencies that need a data processing agreement can request one at support@mktly.ai.

9. Termination

You can stop using Mktly at any time: cancel the subscription, disconnect your Google accounts and revoke the assistants in the dashboard, or ask support@mktly.ai to delete the account. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms. Sections 3, 7 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law and changes to these terms

Slovenian law applies, with the courts of Ljubljana competent for disputes, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Under the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS), Mktly does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for disputes under these terms; a consumer's right to go to court is unaffected. We may update these terms; the current version is always at mktly.ai/terms and material changes are announced in the dashboard or by e-mail at least 30 days ahead. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
